This is a lot of 4 GO Guaranteed Octane Sav-A-Stamp books (with tons of stamps attached inside) with partial sheets of loose stamps. These were from around the 1950s - 60s era and were used similar to loyalty points from certain retailers. You could collect the stamps and then reimburse them for rewards.
