SHIPPING POLICY:

• We ship orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS!!! If you buy an item after 6am on Friday, it will ship on Monday. We choose between USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Logistics depending on the package size, location, and cost. USPS or UPS may show as the shipping carrier at the top of the listing but is only displayed because it is the only way to accurately depict the estimated shipping/delivery time frame. Generic "Economy Shipping" or "Expedited Shipping" shows a longer time frame and is inaccurate.
• Note: Amazon Logistics does not mean it is being sent from Amazon! Amazon logistics is a carrier just like the others and picks up packages from our warehouse then delivers with their trucks alongside their own orders.
• Many deliveries are scanned before they are dropped off. If the tracking details show your package was delivered, and you can't locate it, please wait two full days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for the package to arrive before reaching out.

RETURN POLICY:

• Returns must be sent back in the condition they were received or they will incur a restocking fee.
• We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of:
  • Phones once they have been activated.
  • Open health and beauty products (make sure you have previously used and not had an adverse reaction to any products prior to purchasing).
  • Items with a one-time-use code, open or not (Example: Tax Software, Game codes).
  • Any items listed with "AS-IS" condition.
  • Items listed with any of the following wording: "See Details," "READ DESCRIPTION," New: Other, or "Damaged Box" on the basis of the item's cosmetic condition. We may have multiples of a damaged or distressed product and only photograph one. We do our best to photograph the item with the worst condition, but please expect a varying degree of damage.
• Defective items are covered by eBay's money back guarantee if returned within 30 days.
• We do not ship outside of the United States, except through eBay's international shipping program. If you buy this item and have it forwarded outside of the U.S. through any other means, we are not responsible for return shipping fees, even if the item is broken or incorrect. Please buy at your own risk if using this practice as eBay only covers shipments to the address entered in checkout.
