Here we offer a Rosebud Kitmaster original model of the Class 55 Deltic prototype locomotive. Though produced and assembled with Co-Co wheel configuration, this loco has had the centre axle in each bogie omittted during assembly. This may have been to permit the loco to negotiate tighter curves on a layout The good point about this unit is that it is well made and free running. It offers the buyer the opportunity to add it to a cherished collection. Alternatively, fit a Triang HymeK or Kitmaster motor bogie, similar motor, into a brake van or goods van (as once offered by Kitmaster)  and, as was the case on the GWR big railway, push and pull it along your branch line. Of course you could fit the same bogies into a coach. Will need a little modelling for this - eg 3 chain coupling and a weight bonded to the underside of the chassis. To be clear, this unit IS NOT motorised, but check out the video to see a very short push and pull demo
