This vintage, Mid-Century 14-piece Japanese tea service is a beautifully hand-painted bone china set featuring intricately detailed floral and bird designs. The set circa 1960's was acquired by my in-laws while my father-in-law was stationed overseas. It was never used and is in pristine condition. The design includes orange, pink & gold Chrysanthemums, Yellow Flowers, Red Berries, Grasses, Green Foliage and Flying Pheasants. All the details in the designs are outlined in gold. The individual pieces have gold trim painted around the edges as well as accents on the cup handles. These beautiful accents add a touch of elegance to the set, making it perfect for all occasions. This set is a charming addition for any collector of Asian or Japanese Tea Sets. The included items are;
