Overall good condition with some defects.  1st three image pages shows some sort of stain or spotting.  All other images do not show this spot.  Cover shows robust corner, edge, and surface wear including markings, scratches, and patina on exposed metal surfaces.  Page edges show corner, edge, and surface wear consistent with age and handling.  Item as pictured.
