Jan De Lat (active 1734- 50) was a publisher, printer and mapmaker working in the Dutch city of Deventer. In association with Jacob Keizer (active 1734 - 62) he published a series of atlases during the middle part of the !8th Century. This map comes from the 'Pocket Atlas' published and printed in 1734.
