Heathkit GR-43 10 Band AM/FM/SW 16 Transistor Portable SEE IT PLAY, on VIDEO.

It's very well made in it's handmade construction and this radio works well in all modes, functions turn on and off with all switches, though I cannot warrant vintage electronics and mechanicals, it has always worked fine. I've had it in service 15 years. Heathkits was so good, that in 1979, Zenith acquired the Heath Company (famous for its "Heathkit" electronics kits) to form Zenith Data Systems. By 1990, the kit business waned, and Zenith sold it.
No AC cord. It weighs more than 16 lbs. Batteries are not included (6 each).
