Vintage Carved Side Table - Anglo Indian Wooden Floral Plant Stand - Ocasional 

Description
A vintage carved occasional table with an intricate decorative design and striking handcrafted appearance. Ideal as a compact lamp table, plant stand, display table, or decorative accent piece in an eclectic, bohemian, or oriental-inspired interior.

Constructed from solid hardwood with extensive carved decoration throughout. The circular top features a carved floral border with a central inlaid detail (likley mother of pearl or similar), while the base is formed from interlocking pierced carved panels with scrolling and foliate motifs. The design draws inspiration from traditional Moorish and Islamic furniture, likely produced during the mid to late 20th century as a decorative export piece. Unsure of the exact age, but more than happy to help with any further questions.

Condition
In used vintage condition. Showing age and use with surface scratches, scuffs, knocks, and finish wear throughout. There are small chips, losses, and minor splits to some of the carved edges and pierced decoration. Various marks and wear are present across the top surface and carved base. The table remains sturdy and displays well despite the cosmetic wear associated with age and use.

Would benefit from a good clean and polish, or ideal for refinishing.
