Tree Mallow 'Lilac Lady'

Lavatera olbia

2L Plant

  • Soft pastel lilac – features elegant, pale lilac-pink flowers with darker veining, creating a softer, more romantic look than the standard pink varieties
  • Salt tolerant – a tough, semi-evergreen shrub that thrives in coastal locations, tolerating salty winds and dry soils once established
  • How to grow – thrives in fertile, well‑drained soil in sun; water in dry spells and prune hard in spring to support vigorous growth and long‑lasting summer flowers
  • Herbaceous perennial – RHS H5 hardy, tolerates temperatures to approx. -15°C; dies back to ground level in winter and regrows when conditions improve
  • Garden-ready plant – one well‑rooted 2L pot‑grown specimen, securely packaged without its nursery pot and ready to plant into prepared ground when local conditions allow

Our pictures illustrate a mature plant to inspire you with its full potential given time and the appropriate growing conditions.
The plants you receive will be well-rooted to the specified size purchased and may look different depending on the time of year.

We sell a wide variety of plant sizes to suit all budgets and skill levels; from great value plug plants for more experienced gardeners to established 4 litre plants for those wanting to get their garden up and running in the quickest time possible!

1) The plants are first removed from their plastic pot or cell tray. The roots are then submerged in water and wrapped in paper towel to ensure the plants have water on their journey.

2) After this, the plants are placed into biodegradable bags to retain the moisture and protect the outer packaging.

3) We then tightly roll the plants in a protective cardboard roll before placing them in their boxes for postage.

We deliver to all of the U.K. mainland and Isle of Man. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands at this moment in time. Delivery is FREE on all orders, so make sure you have a good look around and fill your basket!
