The shed is 16ft wide and 10ft deep.
A standard height of 7ft at the front and 6ft at the back.
The shed has a 2ft 6" wide 6ft high single door and 6 windows.
All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.

Tanalised® Pressure-Treated Timber
All of our timber is pressure treated using the Tanalised® process, which forces preservative deep into the wood under high vacuum and pressure. This provides outstanding protection against:
- Rot and fungal decay
- Insect attack
- Weathering and moisture
This treatment delivers an expected service life of up to 60 years for internal timbers and up to 30 years for external timbers, even in demanding outdoor environments. The green tint naturally fades to a warm honey brown and then to a silver-grey over time.
No Sheet Materials — Ever
We never use OSB, plywood or chipboard in any of our buildings. Every shed is constructed using solid tongue-and-groove timber, ensuring a stronger, longer-lasting and more premium finish.

We deliver within 220 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne.
FREE fitting is offered within 50 miles, outside of this area fitting charges apply.
Delivery charges apply on all orders placed on eBay. Please message us before purchasing to obtain a delivery charge quote.
We would consider to travel outside of the 220 mile radius for larger buildings.
FOR THE FITTING SERVICE your outdoor space MUST meet our following requirements, if these requirements are not met then you are at risk of not receiving our expert fitting service.
- You MUST have a complete, flat, solid level base with either slabs, concrete or decking, timber frame, eco base. Customers wanting to build timber frames or use sleepers must let us know when placing the order.
- You MUST have clear access to your base and allow 7ft 8" of height clearance so the sections can be moved into place. (the shed will not fit under a standard doorway) ? we have ways around this so please message us with any concerns and we can give you solution options.
- Sheds are not to be lifted over garages or outhouses by ourselves due to insurance purposes. When placing orders please state any access issues and we will advise on any requirements.
- We require some room all around the building to allow for the roof overhang and the fitting of the facia boards. We realize that some areas are tighter than others but please remember we also need room to work and get the shed fitted for you. A minimum of 8 inches.
