This item contains a 20c stamp, in used condition, that was issued by the Postal Authority of Rwanda in 1970.   The stamp is part of the African National Costumes set issued in that year and this stamp pictures a Tharaka Meru Woman.  This lot sold as illustrated - please check scans thoroughly.
