Cover (EX+) is just shy of NM, due to a hint of shelf wear along the right side of cover (arguable, but for the sake of grading conservatively). Disc (EX) is clean overall but has some faint sleeve rub marks and a few tiny superficial sleeve scuffs the do not affect play. Super clean, highly collectible copy!
