We have a factory in China to make professional cosplay costumes for our customers all over the world. All costumes we sell are new, made with standard size or custom-made to your own measurements. Please provide your size according to our “How to measure yourself” guide. We only provide new, custom-made, first class craft-work made by our experienced professional tailors, in your own size. If you need to change color or any part, please contact us. Shipment will be arranged within 2-5 working days after receiving payment. Your'll receive the item in 7-15 working days after shipment.
All costumes are made in your own size, please check your measurements carefully before submitting.
We
offer refund or exchange / costume alternation for defective items/
missing items/ items significantly different from our description.
Please contact us within 3 days after you get your item. We will give
you return instruction after defect proved.
For
wrong size, once confirmed the error occurred by our side, we will make
a new one costume with free of charge. If this caused by wrong
measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for refund.
We ship order to shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, we are not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. We
are willing to offer highest customer satisfaction and complete
fairness to our customers. We'll leave the positive feedback after
hearing you're happy with the auction.
