These are brand new unopened.  Full disclosure, they were bought wholesale from a lot that came off a semi shipment that was in an accident,  there was a fire in the load. Some items were damaged some were fine.

Every set we have opened all worked perfectly out of Box.

If there are any issues  after purchasing,  we will gladly issue a refund or offer a replacement.
