Intelligent Adaptive Conductance Technology

Autel MaxiBas BT508 has advanced adaptive conductance function, which can dynamically adjust the algorithm according to battery noise, voltage, and surface charge, accurately detect battery capacity and power to reduce the probability of misjudgment.


Reduce battery misdiagnosis: State statistics show that 50% of recycled batteries are good and only need to be recharged. Battery tester BT508 adopts adaptive conductance technology will improve diagnostics accuracy to 95.59%, higher than 92.06% of conductance profile.


Reduce charge and reset of discharge battery: Other competitive battery testers cannot conduct SOH test to identify discharge battery, which will lead to invalid reset and charge. Using adaptive conductance technology, the battery tester BT508 can quickly detect battery SOH, saving diagnostic wait time by 50%.


Diagnose low capacity batteries: If the battery tester does not quickly identify the capacity status of the battery, there will be some misdiagnosis, which can lead to increased costs and wasted batteries. Battery tester Autel BT508 will improve bad detection rate to 63.55%, which is 15%(56.36%) faster than the battery tester using conductance profiling.


Compared to conductivity profiling, adaptive conductivity uses dynamic loads instead of fixed loads, which can be adjusted via in-vehicle environment, making battery diagnosis faster and more stable.
