The Trumpeter 05906 1/144 USS Gato SS-212 1944 is a plastic model kit of a military submarine from 1944. The kit, manufactured by Trumpeter in China, is designed in 1:144 scale and is recommended for ages 14 and up. This detailed and historically accurate model allows enthusiasts to recreate a piece of naval history and engage in a hobby that is both challenging and rewarding.

Brand new model kit in an open box. I’m a little puzzled by the main decks…but hey that’s extra. Most of the parts are sealed, one of the inner compartment parts is off the frame, but nothing started or painted.
