Japanese firm MKS (Mikashima Industrial Co.) is one of the few current manufacturers of slotted cleats for toe clip pedals.  The MC-2 model is designed for road cycling shoes that have 3-bolt Look cleat drillings. This set has never been used, but has been modified. **There were two protrusions on the front of the cleat that were a problem for the vintage pedals that I had wanted to use with them (Shimano Dura-Ace DD). I ground them down, so that the front of the cleat is flat; this allows the cleat slot to engage that pedal's cleat plate more deeply.** I decided to use a different set of cleats with those pedals, so they have never been used. The modification will not cause any issues for other toe clip pedals. All original mounting hardware and an allen wrench are included in the set. Note that there are two extra, longer screws, which may be used in the uppermost hole of each cleat, if needed.
