This has a region BIOS installed. It's not a piggyback, but full replacement. It will play any region game disc.

An authentic DREAMPSU power supply has been installed. This power supply is more efficient and produces significantly less heat than the original.

The Power LED has been changed from the standard orange color, to white.

The internal clock battery is replaced with a battery socket.  If the battery dies ever again, you just pull the old battery out and replace it. No soldering is required. 

The old controller port fuse has been replaced with one that resets. Simply power off if you blow the fuse (this was a common fault of these consoles), and it will reset when turned back on.
