Koudelka is a gothic horror tactical role-playing game (RPG) released for the PlayStation 1 in 1999, known as a unique blend of survival horror exploration and turn-based combat. Set in a haunted Welsh monastery in 1898, the game emphasizes story, dark atmosphere, and puzzle-solving, featuring tank controls similar to Resident Evil.

Game is in excellent, pre-owned shape with only minor scuffs & scratches on the case, very minor signs of wear on the instruction manual, and practically no signs of wear on any of the 4 discs except for a tiny hair-like scuff on disc 2. Game was barely touched, and stored in a smoke free environment for over a decade.
