Mountain Biking UK (MBUK) Magazine – August 1990 (Vol. 3, No. 8)
An absolute classic issue from the golden era of UK mountain biking. Featuring the iconic “Parabiking! Aerial Sub-Lunacy” cover story, this August 1990 edition also includes coverage building up to the historic inaugural Durango World Championships.
Packed with period features, tests and vintage adverts from legendary brands including Kona, Saracen, Marin, Muddy Fox and GT, this is a fantastic piece of mountain biking history and a great addition to any retro cycling collection.
Condition: Very Good vintage condition. The magazine is complete and fully readable, with no loose or missing pages. Crucially, the original “MBUK Riding the Clouds” parabiking double-page centre spread remains completely intact and uncut. It shows only light age-related wear to the cover corners and spine, including a small split/crease to the bottom right corner of the front cover (please see photos for an accurate representation of the condition). The internal pages are clean, intact and free from writing, tears or any major damage.
