This is a Wondershop by Target lit tinsel frog with clear mini bulbs.  This is 23 inches tall, has 35 lights and is for indoor or outdoor use.  This is new and I only cut open the tape on the box for photos.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
