Vintage GI Joe Adventure Team - Chest Winch (complete!). Set # 73713, 1972-76. Good shape - functions as it should. Fits together well. All 3 pieces are stamped Hasbro Hong Kong. One of the round nubs that the shoulder harness slips over and locks onto is partially chipped but still holds the harness as it should. I believe the handle is 3D printed - turns a little stiffly but this is normal even with a vintage handle. Will work and display well. Domestic/International shipping will be calculated.
