Please check the auto-sleep function and try replacing the battery. If neither works, the flowmeter might have water damage, which can harm the PCB. If you need a waterproof model, we recommend purchasing our waterproof flowmeter.

If the flow meter runs out of power, do I need to remove it from the pipeline?
No, you only need to unscrew the screws and remove the display panel to replace the battery inside. There's no need to remove the entire flow meter.

The circuit board is not resistant to water, oil, or other liquid substances. To extend its lifespan and ensure performance, please use it in a dry environment or ensure it is properly protected.

Will the data on the circuit board be lost when replacing the battery?
The fuel meter includes non-volatile memory to retain settings and data during power outages or battery changes.

How long can I maintain the flowmeter after receiving a low battery warning?
Under normal conditions, after the low battery warning appears, it is expected to last for about a week to a month. We recommend replacing the battery as soon as possible.
