Cover (VG) has ring wear, shelf wear, corner wear, edge wear. 4 inch partial split on the right side of the bottom seam. Small creases along spine. Light staining on rear along left and bottom left side at the opening. Disc (VG+) has some sleeve rub marks and a few superficial hairline marks that do not affect play.
