We only offer to ship with USPS Express Mail International shipping (shipping pay by the buyers), this is to protect both the buyer and the seller.  USPS Express Mail International shipping is guarantee for delivery by USPS for international customers.  Once it leaves the country I assume no responsibility for shipped parcels lost/damaged, AGAIN, WE ARE NOT ASSOCIATE WITH U.S. Postal Service nor your local custom/local postal service, SO HAS NO CONTROL IF THE PARCEL WAS DAMAGED/LOST WHILE ENROUTE TO THE BUYERS.  PLEASE DON'T MAKE UNREASONABLE ASSUMPTION and REQUEST.

3. If the buyer wish to use other shipping options other than USPS Express Mail International shipping, such as USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class Mail shipping service, we can accommodate the buyer as long as the buyer UNDERSTOOD and ACKNOWLEDGED TO US the risk of parcels lost/damaged, and we are not responsible for the lost/damaged parcels.

4. For some countries that we previously had shipping issues, we will ONLY SHIP WITH USPS Express Mail International shipping, if this service is provided by USPS for the destination country.  We will notify the buyer of this after the buyer made their purchase.
