Parts only, 1991 xr250l transmission, shift drum, forks, shift shaft, idle gear. Imput Shaft gears Seized to shaft no movement, all gears have rust pitting, shift shaft spindle has shifter welded to it and end cut off to get shifter off. Engine was left outside semi open-clutch cover cracked. Even with Pitting some gears may be usable- "extra oil retention" Ha, looks to be no missing teeth, at minimum shafts may be usable at least the output one. Shift forks/shaft look usable. Threads/bearing surfaces/splines good. Drum also rusted- looks usable with more clean up- groves arn't too pitted. Missing some parts but most is there. I believe kickstart idle gear is the lone gear
