• If your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
• We will assist with filing a damage claim with the carrier.
• Please retain all packaging materials and boxes for carrier inspection.

Air Spring Store provides warranty coverage for Torque Parts Truck & Trailer Air Springs, Air Brake Components, and Wheel Seals sold within the United States.

• Rolling lobe (reversible sleeve) and convoluted air springs for semi-trucks and trailers are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• All other products, including pickup truck air springs, cabin air springs, air brake components, and wheel seals, are covered by a 1-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty.
• Unused and uninstalled products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
• Improper installation or misuse is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Air Spring Store may repair or replace defective products at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, or damage caused by external conditions.

To request warranty service, please contact the original seller or vendor where the product was purchased. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
