Seiko 6309-7040 "Turtle" with a rare "short text" dial. Hands MAY be aftermarket. Case very nice, unpolished, with original brushing. Bezel insert seems original - for details, see photos. Comes on an Uncle Seiko tropic strap. Service history unknown.
