Here is a 1988 NFL FOOTBALL Media TV Slide for sale.  The slide measures 2” x 2” and has the player name, position, uniform number and team name on the front.  The back is blank.  These came in a box (picture of the box is shown).  The checklist for AFC and NFC are also pictured.  The slide is in nice shape.
