Our solar light’s infrared motion sensor (15m max, 180°) is temperature-sensitive—sensitivity/distance may drop slightly if ambient temp is close to body temp. Adjust the angle for best performance.
The lighting duration is shorter than expected, and it runs out of power in only 1-4 hours. What's the reason?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our 1800mAh solar light lasts 8-10hrs (dim mode) or 80 triggers (sensor mode) when fully charged. Shorter duration = undercharged. Charge in direct sunlight (avoid cloudy weather/obstacles like leaves).
Can the solar panel be adjusted? I need to install it in a location that requires adjusting the panel angle.

Due to the integrated structural design of the product, the solar panel cannot be adjusted independently. We recommend avoiding installing the light on ceilings or hanging positions.
What should I do if parts are missing, or I don't know how to install the solar light?
