Seller is original owner. I have pre-built the set and used Bricklink and the inventory to verify level of completion. The set is mostly complete with the extra pieces and white tire variants still in the bag, but the 4 tire treads are missing. The original sticker sheet is also included, only one sticker has been applied. The manual has a minor tear on the back. See photos for details. Stored safely away from the elements in a smoke and child free home.
