Measures approximately 26” long.


Marked K.H. inside banner, Germany, 176-15.


K.H. stands for Kley & Hahn. The 176 is the mold number. This mold may have been made for Kley & Hahn by Hertel & Schwab according to Doll Reference site.


Bisque socket head has no chips, cracks, or hairlines.


Head has a molded cutout on the top and a hole in the back that appear to be original to the mold, likely made for a mechanism. Some material has been added to the front ridge of the cutout, likely to hold the mechanism in place.


Blue glass sleep eyes.


Painted upper and lower lashes.


Distinctive painted eyebrows.


Open mouth with two sculpted upper teeth.


Wobble tongue.


Blonde mohair wig.


Large chunky five-piece composition baby body.


Body has typical paint wear, scuffs, marks throughout.


No major body damage noted.


Comes wearing blue dress, white pinafore, two half slips, flannel diaper, and matching blue bonnet.


Clothing appears to be modern and made specifically for the doll. Cuffs are large enough to slip over the hands.
