Vintage C1970s long sleeve, 100% pure silk, button down blouse from New York's once famed Fifth Avenue store, B. Altman's.  Rendered in lustrous jewel tones, this piece features self covered buttons, snap closures at wrists, and side slits that allow this beauty to be worn as a tunic.
