Financial

We accept the most common forms of payment, except for American Express & all crypto-based currencies.

When a "Best offer" is agreed upon or an auction is closed in your favour, payment is due within 24 hours.

In certain circumstances, payment can be made at the time of collection.

We are fully VAT registered and provide a VAT invoice with every sale.

Delivery & Collection
We have three standard shipping services:
Parcelforce 24 Expedited, next working day service for most orders received by 15:00 At a cost
Parcelforce 2/3 Day Signed for, Free of charge option on most items above £50.00 in value.
Pallet Ship, For all large or cumbersome items that cannot be accommodated via the standard parcel network.
Free of charge collection in person - Please contact us via eBay message to arrange a suitable time and date - Generally standard office hours

Concerns & Returns

We comply fully with The Consumer Contracts Regulations - which came into force on 13 June 2014.

If your item hasn't arrived yet, the first thing to do is check the delivery information. You can find your item's delivery information by selecting it from your recent purchases or in your purchase history. This information should provide you with the name of the courier used and your parcel tracking details. If this does not resolve your issue, don't hesitate to contact us via the eBay message option so we can resolve your issue.

Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the delivery date. Order cancellations need to be sent by the eBay message option.

If a cancellation notice is received, we will send return details and provide a full refund.

Goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the confirmed cancellation.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return for order cancellation, and we will cover the cost of collection for any faulty items during the 14 day returns period.

In all instances, goods must be returned in the same condition as received. With all original packing, box contents, cables and documentation.
