The signal appears to be in excellent cosmetic condition and was represented as new in box when acquired. However, during testing the signal would not operate correctly.

During troubleshooting, a loose wire connection was discovered. The affected wire tab was re-soldered and reattached after the original adhesive released. Despite the repair attempt, the accessory still does not function properly.

⚠️ The exact cause of failure is unknown.
