SHIPPING & HANDLING: (PLEASE READ)  $ 7.95 EST'D --  USPS increased prices for ‘Ground Advantage’ shipping by 7.8% in January.  This is used for most of my items in order to have tracking for the package. Shipments valued significantly over $ 100 need to include insurance coverage as USPS insures only up to $ 100.  I've never had a package lost but recently had a scare, so for higher value lots please wait for me to send an invoice.  Will combine shipping on multiple lots to reduce as much as possible. Total S&H will always be less than my actual cost.

RETURNS:  Unless otherwise stated, any item can be returned at no cost for 30 days from sale for full refund of purchase price.
