An old postcard of Hitchin Street in Baldock Herts. Postally used (writing but no stamp). Fire station on the left of the card. The shop on the bottom right corner is called Patterson I think. Great bit of local social history.  

The card is postally unused. It has a completely blank back so were possible templates. Little bit of writing on the back dating it to July 15th 1907. Nice piece of local and social history. 

 

Please do check the photo as some older postcards do suffer from minor creases, light bumping etc. I will always highlight any significant flaws that can't be seen in the picture.
