We’re a group of gamers. For a long time, we’ve been searching for a controller that’s ready to play anytime, intuitive enough to pick up in seconds.
As a leader in mobile controllers, we’ve released a wide range of controller designs over the years. But through constant exploration, we realized that when it comes to playing anywhere and instant accessibility, there was still a better solution waiting to be found.
That’s when we turned to a classic that once did it perfectly: the Game Boy.
Compact in size and simple by design, it allowed anyone, especially beginners, to experience the joy of gaming right away. This pure and intuitive experience became the inspiration behind Pocket Taco.
When designing Pocket Taco, we intentionally removed complex sticks and kept only the most intuitive controls: the D-pad and ABXY buttons. This makes the overall experience extremely beginner-friendly. At the same time, we integrated modern shoulder buttons to meet today’s gaming needs, keeping things simple while significantly expanding playability.

We were tired of controllers that made something as simple as turning the power on and off feel complicated. That is why Pocket Taco uses an intelligent power design that activates the moment you unfold it and shuts down automatically when you close it. This lets you start playing instantly and puts everything away just as easily, creating a smooth and convenient gaming experience every time.
We wanted Pocket Taco to do more than act as a simple controller. That is why it includes a built-in keyboard mode that gives you greater flexibility and more ways to play.
When you switch to keyboard mode, each button can be remapped to match your preferred layout, allowing you to create a control setup that feels completely your own.
Many clamp-style controllers rely on hard plastic surfaces that can scratch your phone or leave pressure marks after long use. We wanted to avoid these common issues, so the Pocket Taco uses soft silicone pads in the clamp area.
The Pocket Taco is equipped with a 600 mAh high-capacity battery that supports long sessions without worry. It keeps you playing for hours, giving you reliable power whether you are commuting, traveling, or simply taking a break.
Touchscreen controls often lead to slipping thumbs, missed inputs, and a general lack of precision. We wanted Pocket Taco to feel like a real handheld console, so we focused on delivering responsive, reliable physical controls.
With cushioned membrane ABXY and D-pad, paired with tactile switch triggers and bumpers, every press feels clear, accurate, and satisfying. The result is a smooth, confident gameplay experience where every movement responds exactly as you intend.
Many mobile gaming setups block the charging port, forcing you to stop playing once your phone runs out of battery. Pocket Taco avoids this issue with a carefully engineered hollow-bottom design that aligns perfectly with your phone’s charging port. You can plug in and keep playing without interruption, even during long sessions or while traveling.
Every player has their own style, and we wanted Pocket Taco to adapt to yours. Through the GameSir app, you can customize your controls in detail, including button remapping, D-pad diagonal lock, and full G-Touch and V-Touch support.
Some adjustments can even be made directly through on-the-fly button combinations, allowing you to fine-tune your setup without pausing your game.
