from an online retailer in 2008
* It comes with the box
and packing materials as shown in the pictures
* This item comes from
my private collection; I am selling this item simply because I need to
down-size my collectibles due to space limitations.
This item comes from a
smoke-free, child-free home. It has been removed from the box and
displayed on a rotating basis with other collectibles. When not
displayed, it has been stored in a climate-controlled, sun-free environment. It
has been handled, and there may be slight marks of handling, such as
fingerprints or small rub marks. Prior to it being displayed, I have
cleaned it with a soft brush to remove any dust and I’ve done the same before
taking pictures for this listing. You may wish to do additional
cleaning once you receive the item. I am
not responsible for any production or paint errors. The box is in very
good condition but will show signs of being opened and handled, such as slight
rips/tears and/or slight corner dings. When
the figure is not on the base, there are some paint rubs where his left foot
rests; when the statue is placed on the base, the foot hides the paint rubs.

eBay sellers by the shippers; I do not mark-up shipping.
* I
listed this with FedEx Ground/Home Delivery as the shipper as this method is
usually the most cost-effective for an item of this size and weight. If you would like a quote for another shipper
or shipping speed, please send me a message and include your zip code. However,
I will not ship via UPS due to negative experiences in the past.
* If your shipping
address is a P.O. Box, I must ship via USPS.
If you intend to bid and your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please
send me a message before the end of the auction so I can add that shipping
option. If you are the winning bidder, please select that shipping option when paying.
* I may choose to insure
the shipment at my expense; depending on the insured value, the shipper may
require an adult signature for delivery, even if I don’t require it.
* If you would like me
to require an adult signature for delivery, please contact me before
paying. I will add that charge to the
invoice; please pay from that invoice.
* I will only accept
returns if I ship the wrong item to you or if the item is significantly
different from as it’s described in this listing.
* Sorry, but I do not
ship internationally because of the extra handling, shipping time, and current
global shipping issues. PLEASE NOTE: If
you are an international buyer but your shipping address is in the USA (including,
but not limited to, Freight Forwarders), any claims of damage during shipment
from my location to the USA shipping address must be made while the item is
still in the USA. The damaged item must
be available for inspection locally by the shipper (the shipper may require
that it take possession of the damaged item).
I am not responsible for what happens to the item after it is delivered
to the USA shipping address or if there is a claim of damage but the item is no
longer in the USA.
