This is a New York Rangers long sleeve tee in a size 2XL, this has been worn and shows some signs of wear which I have tried to picture as accurately as I can.

Approximate measurements:

Pit to pit: 26 inches 

Back neck to hem: 30 inches

Sleeve (underarm to cuff): 21.5 inches
