These two books are in good/ fair condition.  The one is coming apart from the binder. The other is is slightly coming apart. They have a few pages that are ripped at the seams. Some pages have light marks. The hardcovers have some wear and marks.  I didn't really see a date. The one book has some dates in the late 1800's. They do say they are the Boston Edition.
