PLEASE NOTE >>> Pin #6 missing. It's repairable. SEE PIC ! Transformer has scratches. Tested by me, it passes audio.
Missing pin #6 is on the primary side. It effects the 600 & 150 Ohm connections.
How I would repair it >>> It's an easy fix. Take a dremel with a tiny drill bit and carefully drill around the pin to remove the epoxy. Make enough space to where you can slide a female molex pin over what's left of the transformer pin. Solder the female molex pin to the broke pin. A few molex pins will be included with the transformer.
