Lovely Large Photo of a Greek Hurdler - possibly taken during their Olympic Trials? Possibly a privately taken unique photograph?

Photograph has been removed from a vintage 1924 album. The photo has been annotated in Greek in ink lower left.  Otherwise Good condition.

Photo roughly 18cm long and has a matt finish. Thin card as opposed to photo paper?
