Bank of Scotland - Uncirculated First Release of New Polymer £20 Note
This is an uncirculated example of the first issue of the Bank of Scotland's new £20 banknote - featuring the iconic Forth Bridge.
As these notes have been acquired before circulation, many have consecutive numbers - let me know if this is needed and I can often help.
This auction is for a single example of this note but I also have a wide range of other notes available, such as examples of the rarer Queensferry Crossing limited edition £20 in both the first QC commemorative serial number and the second QF serial - mistakenly hailed by some as a replacement note.
In addition, I am also able to offer all Bank of Scotland (and Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank) notes in denominations from £5 to £100 - contact me if you are interested in more than one and we can discuss a price).
Please see my other auctions for further details of the other Scottish banknotes I am able to offer, including other high-face-value Scottish polymer notes issued in recent years.
Notes will be sent to the winning bidder using a fully insured and tracked service by the Royal Mail within the UK and a similar service via the postal service of other countries because I have noticed that high-value items seem to "go missing" in the post from time to time but strangely I have never heard of any of the lower value items I sell failing to arrive!
Do not hesitate to message me if further information or photographs are needed.
Please see my other lots for more coins and banknotes rescued from circulation before this had an impact on their condition.
Good Luck to all bidders
Please see my 100% positive feedback of more than 1,700 to be reassured you are dealing with a trusted seller
