Women's size 9.5 B toe sandals have a black textured pattern on the straps.  There is an elastic band on the shoe strap on the inside part of the shoe which can help get the shoes on without undoing the buckle.  The bottom shows almost no use, might have been worn in the house.  The straps are leather.
