Your Mattress ships inside of a 4mil thick clear, plastic mattress bag. That then goes inside of a super thick blue Mattress carrying bag with handles, that then goes inside of a custom cardboard box for ultimate protection!
Shipping can take up to 10 business days when traveling via freight across the country. Freight is much different than simply shipping an envelope or small package via USPS or FedEx. Your Mattress travels via ground by semi truck from shipping terminal to shipping terminal. It can take up to 10 business days, however, we are centrally located in Texas, so it often takes much less time to travel ! The delivery is to your home curbside, please have someone there to help offload when they arrive as the Mattress is heavy.
The delivery company will call you in advance to set up your delivery time and date. They will not deliver without speaking to you first.
