An antique flour sifter that is embossed "THE NEW SAKER SIFTER CENTER DRIVE PREVENTS TIPPING PAT. APPLIED FOR". Other side is embossed "TWO CUPS-FULL ONE CUP". You shake back and forth to sift flour or other powder. It is earlier than the other later shaker sifters. It is 3-5/8 inches diameter and circa early 1900's. NOTE: I am selling my collection of flour sifters now.
