This listing includes 1 (one) Augusta National Golf Club unsigned scorecard with the pencil slats in it.  I've always heard that you can tell the difference between the real scorecards and the copies by whether the pencil slats are in the card.  
The scorecard is 6 1/4" x 4 3/4",

This scorecard came in a package from the printer that said at the bottom "...#1002-K Rev.12/96" on the printers insert (see pictures).  (I removed all references to the printer's name and contact info in the pictures posted here for privacy.)  This printer's insert is not included in the sale of these scorecards.

The scorecards came from an Augusta National Golf Club caddie.  He was no longer a caddie by the time I bought them about 18 years ago.  He said he had them in his basement. 

This scorecard does not have an actual date on the card itself.  I do have some scorecards that do have dates on them from other years, but there was no date on this batch of scorecards.
