Vintage Falcon Front Bike Triple Derailleur, Steel, DIY bracket mount.

Should be 28.6mm clamp, but has missing clamp half and a DIY bracket mount instead, possible for a custom bike build. I acquired it like this. Could be used for parts, have a spare clamp half added to restore, or possibly used with bracket for a particular custom build (recumbent / trike maybe?)
