Description	You are bidding on the following item: TESTED & WORKING Nintendo Wii Game and controller, box, box protector, strap, manuals and game/music CD as pictured For the Nintendo Wii (Americas/NTSC/USA/Canada Region) Everything pictured is included. Only what is pictured is included. We only sell 100% authentic items. For purposes of clarity "CIB" or "Complete" means Game Disc, Manual, and Case. Some games have flyers and others do not and we do not determine which game had additional ads, flyers, etc. Very Good condition is subjective, but just means the disc is 100% working. All discs have some level of use. Our items come from a completely smoke-free environment. No one smokes here and no one who smokes is ever allowed anywhere near the building where the items are stored.

Terms and Warranty

We guarantee the item will arrive in working condition.
The item is guaranteed against damage and loss in-transit.
We will replace any lost or damaged item within 7-days of arrival.
Smaller items (under 16oz) may ship in padded mailers to save you on postage quotes.
If you do not want any mild item box crushing, select Priority mail for guaranteed shipping in a box.
Once the item is played with, used, or the box opened; returns will not be allowed.
We accept returns for refund within 30-days of arrival, but shipping is non-refundable both ways and there is a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in new, sealed, unplayed-with condition. These return costs add up quickly, and it would not be fair to other customers to have to charge them more because you felt you should get a full refund at our/their cost. These costs then have to be passed on to other buyers.
Costs such as fees, packaging, & postage are non-refundable & in addition to restocking fee.
Stock images may be used as auction images.
If an item is returned to sender/unclaimed/etc the buyer must reach out to us within 14-days to arrange reshipment and pay any associated costs for this.
We do not guarantee the collector condition of game cards, just if they are new or not. If you need a gradable card please refrain from bidding. Since grading is so subjective we do not get into this matter. We sell playable new cards, not gradable collector cards. Cards may have marks and other manufacturing imperfections, centering, or any other issue that is common with the manufacturing process. We guarantee it went straight from pack to sleeve only.
We do not guarantee collector condition of any of our items, box condition or mint packaging.
New condition just means it's never been used.
If you are a US drop shipper you must register with us before bidding. Registration information must include your name, address, phone and not just your customer's information.
If you are a non-US drop shipper you must refrain from bidding until we have given our approval.
If a new item is returned used, your return will abide by eBay's return policy on that issue.
International buyers are always responsible for all costs associated with international sales which includes but is not limited to: shipping costs and any return shipping costs and fees associated with international sales, customs and duties import taxes, etc. For any reason of purchase or return the buyer is always responsible for all these costs. We are not responsible for rough travel and customs processing that occurs with international shipping.
International buyers may be required to go in and sign for the package. It is your responsibility to pick up a package that needs to be delivered this way due to international importation laws of your country. If an international item is returned to us the buyer has 14-days to contact us and arrange reshipment of the product and pay these associated costs.
